Greeting!

So Happy Tuesday …

There couple of unexpected things happened in the past few days, one is really serious and thank god it basically over …

So what the story about then?

My friend Marry hired a webmaster few months ago to help she work on one of her clients (let’s say client A) website design project. She trusted him, let him access my client A’s database and provide him a nice working environment … two months later, the site still not finish and it is far behind the deadline. She was really curious and wondering why this little project take him too long to finish. Then she login to her client’s hosting account and to have a look …

Guess what Marry find? - He upload his own website into her client’s website by using a sub domain under her client’s expenses!! More than that, he also upload some other files into the site, which totally unrelated to whatsoever Marry clients’ business … The most worst thing is he work and promote his site every day and only spend not more than 3 hours a day on her clients’ website …. geesssssssssss!!

You won’t believe this - he upload his 2nd site to Marry client B’s site as well that also use sub domain …

After Marry discover these, she was really shocked and coudn’t believe what she find … Then what? she send report to the local police …

So far things pretty much under control, thank god - Marry’s clients understand and they would let she continuing work on the project …

Anyway, it is a really big lesson for her, learn from the mistake and learn from experience, hopefully you enjoy this week’s MBA newsletter.
